Marketing Policy
Effective June 5, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how BoostingIN Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") sends marketing communications relating to Expense Report Generator, and the choices you have.
2. What counts as marketing
- Product announcements, newsletters and feature launches.
- Promotional offers, pricing changes and event invitations.
- Surveys and research outreach for product improvement.
Transactional messages (sign-in codes, approval notifications, billing receipts, security alerts) are not marketing and continue while your account is active.
3. Lawful basis & consent
We send marketing only where we have a lawful basis — typically your opt-in consent or, for existing customers, a soft opt-in for closely related products. We never sell your email or share it with third-party advertisers.
4. Channels we use
- Email — primary channel, sent to the address on file.
- In-app messages — shown while you are signed in.
- We do not send marketing SMS, push notifications or automated phone calls.
5. How to opt out
- Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Or go to Settings → Notifications and turn off marketing emails.
- Or email info@boostingin.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".
Opt-outs are honoured within 7 days. Transactional messages are unaffected.
6. Frequency
We aim to send no more than two marketing emails per month and one product newsletter per quarter.
7. Third-party tools
We use reputable email-delivery providers to send marketing. They process your email address under contract solely to deliver our messages and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
8. Retention
Unsubscribe records are retained indefinitely so we can honour your preference even if you re-register later. Engagement data (opens, clicks) is retained for up to 24 months.
