Account Deletion Policy

Effective June 5, 2026

Important — Google Play subscription

Deleting your Expense Report Generator account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription in Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Expense Report Generator.

1. Your right to delete

You may permanently delete your Expense Report Generator account at any time. Deletion is self-service and does not require contacting support.

2. How to delete your account

From the mobile app:

  1. Open the Expense Report Generator mobile app.
  2. Go to Me / Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

From the web dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then click Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, email info@boostingin.com from the address on file and we will action your request within a reasonable period.

3. What gets deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

  • Your user profile (name, company, department, email).
  • All expense reports, expenses, line items and uploaded receipt files you created.
  • Manager-notification records and approval-action records linked to your account.
  • Your role assignments and authentication credentials.
  • Local synced user data associated with your account, where applicable.

4. What may be retained temporarily

We may retain limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, security, or audit-log purposes where required by law or platform policy (for example, tax invoices issued to your employer, or payment/subscription records held by Google Play). Anonymised, aggregated error metrics may also be retained. These records cannot be used to re-identify you.

5. Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed immediately where automated. If manual support is required, we complete deletion within a reasonable period. Backups are rotated within 30 days, after which your data is unrecoverable.

6. Cancelling your subscription

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. To stop future billing you must cancel your Google Play subscription in Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Expense Report Generator.
