Account Deletion Policy

Effective June 5, 2026

1. Your right to delete

You may permanently delete your Expense Report Generator account at any time. Deletion is self-service and does not require contacting support.

2. How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then click Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, email info@boostingin.com from the address on file and we will action your request within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

  • Your profile (name, company, department, email).
  • All expense reports, expenses, line items and uploaded receipts you created.
  • Manager-notification records and approval-action records tied to your reports.
  • Your role assignments and your authentication credentials.

4. What may be retained

We may retain anonymised, aggregated logs (e.g. error metrics) and records we are required by law to keep (e.g. tax invoices issued to your employer) for the period mandated by applicable law. These records cannot be used to re-identify you.

5. Timeline

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Backups are rotated within 30 days, after which your data is unrecoverable.
